Refund policy
Every purchase of the Audit Kit or the Agency licence can be refunded in full within 14 days of the order, on request, with no questions asked.
The policy
- Window: 14 days from the time of purchase shown on your Polar receipt.
- Amount: the full price paid, including any tax Polar collected.
- Conditions: none. You do not need to explain, and having downloaded or used the kit does not disqualify you.
- Effect: Polar revokes the license key, which stops further AI tailoring runs. Files you have already downloaded are yours to keep under the terms.
How to request one
- Find your Polar receipt email. It contains the order ID and the seller support address.
- Email that support address with the subject “Refund” and the order ID. That is all that is required; if you want to tell us what went wrong, we read every message.
- We issue the refund through Polar, usually within one business day. Polar sends a confirmation, and the money returns to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Why the policy is this simple
Policyseed is a one-time purchase for $39 (or $149 for the Agency licence; see pricing). The free generator already shows you the full policy set before you pay, so you know what you are buying. The kit is delivered in minutes, and if the tailoring or the documents are not what you expected, a fast refund costs less than an argument. Polar, as merchant of record, handles the money movement so the refund is not dependent on us.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs fees on both sides; a refund request takes one email and is honoured within the window without discussion.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to give a reason?
- No. Within 14 days of purchase, a request with your Polar order ID is enough. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve, but answering is optional and does not affect the refund.
- Can I get a refund after I have downloaded the kit?
- Yes, within 14 days. Downloading does not void the refund. Refunding revokes the license key, so further tailoring runs stop; the files you already downloaded remain on your machine.
- How long does the money take to arrive?
- Polar issues the refund immediately to the original payment method. Card issuers typically post it within 5 to 10 business days.
- What about the Agency licence?
- Same policy: full refund within 14 days on request. If you have used runs across several client companies, we still refund in full within the window.
- What if it has been more than 14 days?
- Get in touch anyway, especially if something did not work. We cannot promise a refund outside the window, but we will fix problems and use judgment.
